Refund policy
Crypto is final by nature, so the rules are explicit up front.
Because payments are on-chain and eSIMs are reserved on the carrier side, refunds can’t be open-ended. Here’s exactly when you get one and how it’s paid — decided before you buy, not after.
When you get a refund
- Failed delivery. Payment confirmed but no eSIM issued — full refund or instant reissue, your pick.
- Activation failure on a compatible device. If a profile won’t activate on a carrier-unlocked, eSIM-capable phone and support can’t fix it, we reissue or refund the unused plan.
- Duplicate payment. The extra amount is returned, minus network fees.
When you don’t
- Plans already activated with data usage on the network.
- Incompatible or carrier-locked devices — the ten-second check exists precisely for this.
- Change of travel plans after delivery — the eSIM was issued and reserved on the carrier side.
How refunds are paid
In the same cryptocurrency you paid with, to an address you provide in the ticket, at the USD rate of the original invoice, minus unavoidable network fees. Refunds go out within 72 hours of approval.
Everything runs through anonymous tickets on your order page — no email, no forms, no identity. See support.
