Support here works like everything else: anonymously. No email address, no live-chat widget phoning home — just tickets tied to your order code.
How it works
- Every order page has a “Open a ticket” button — it creates a private thread tied to your order code.
- Replies appear on the same page. Check back whenever suits you; nothing is ever sent to an inbox.
- Lost your order link? It is the only key to your purchase — treat it like cash. We cannot recover an order we cannot identify, because we store nothing that identifies you.
Ticketing opens together with checkout. Until then, this page is the single source of truth for how support will operate — no email address will ever be published for this site.
Before you open a ticket
- Activation issues: confirm your phone is carrier-unlocked and eSIM-capable (dial
*#06#— an EID should appear). - No data after install: enable data roaming for the eSIM line — this is normal and uses your plan, not roaming charges.
- Payment sent but page not updating: on-chain payments need one confirmation; Lightning and Monero settle in seconds.
