1. What we sell

nokycesim sells prepaid, data-only eSIM profiles for the countries and regions listed in the catalog. Plans are delivered digitally as a QR code and manual activation codes on your order page. Nothing physical ships.

2. Payment

Prices are displayed in USD and payable exclusively in cryptocurrency. An invoice locks its rate for a limited window; payments arriving after expiry or underpaid may need to be topped up or reissued. All sales settle on-chain (or via Lightning) and are final once the eSIM is delivered, except as described in the refund policy.

3. Your order code

Orders are identified only by a random order code and its private URL. Anyone holding that link controls the order, including support tickets. We cannot restore access to a lost order link — we keep nothing that could prove it was yours.

4. Fair use

Plans are for personal connectivity. Reselling individual profiles, machine-to-machine abuse, or activity that gets a carrier partner to suspend a profile may end service for that profile without refund. Local law applies to how you use the connection — that part is on you.

5. Device requirements

You are responsible for using a carrier-unlocked, eSIM-capable device. The compatibility check takes ten seconds — please run it before buying.

6. Service limits

Coverage, speeds and network access are provided by local carrier partners and can change without notice. We publish honest estimates, not guarantees of throughput.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the version published here applies from its publication. Material changes will be visible on this page — we have no way to email you, by design.
